At Maude Diesel, we know how to work hard—and have a bit of fun while we’re at it. Our team of Heavy Diesel Mechanics recently swapped spanners for spices during a hands-on Salami Making Team Building Day.
It was a great opportunity for the crew to step out of the workshop and get their hands dirty in a different way. From grinding meat and mixing secret family spice blends to stuffing and tying up the finished product, everyone got involved and had a laugh along the way. It’s safe to say the mechanical precision of our team translated well to the art of salami making!
These types of days are all about building stronger connections, boosting morale, and reminding ourselves that the strength of Maude Diesel isn’t just in our tools or trucks—but in our team.
